Maximum of 2 Pets Per Apartment
Deposit, Pet Fee, and Monthly Pet Rent Required
Refundable Pet Deposit - $350
Pet Rent (per pet) $40.00

Prior to approval, the resident must sign a separate Animal Addendum and provide a copy of the pet's veterinarian records, including the pet's weight and picture of the pet(s).
Pet policies and guidelines are strictly enforced.
